Where We Ship:
Currently, we ship to all corners of Australia, including metropolitan and regional areas. We've also expanded our shipping to New Zealand, so our Kiwi friends can now enjoy all the popular products sold by Clever House! We're the exclusive distributor for these amazing brands in New Zealand, so you can shop with confidence knowing you're getting the best smart home solutions.
What types of shipping do you offer?
We’re very happy to say we deliver to (residential, business, P.O. Boxes and most rural areas), anywhere in Australia. We use good ol’ Australia Post as our preferred courier company. They’re reliable and have been doing shipping and logistics for yonks.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
It depends when you order. If it’s before 11AM local time we’ll process and dispatch the next day. Any orders after 11AM will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Posties enjoy their weekends and so deliveries from our warehouse located in Victoria will arrive between Monday and Friday within these following time frames:

These time frames are for reference only. Delivery may take longer than expected due to various reasons, such as peak sale promotion and holiday periods. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's journey on the Australia Post website or app.
What if I'm Not Home?
No worries! If you're not home when your parcel arrives, Australia Post will send you an email and app notification with a QR code. You can use this QR code to easily pick up your parcel at your local Post Office at your convenience.
A Note on Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we may charge a re-delivery fee. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
