Yes, we do! We offer bulk purchase discounts for orders with a total value over $3,500.

For 'change of mind' returns, we offer store credit for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Once an order is placed, it is processed almost immediately by our automated 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse system. Due to this rapid processing, we are generally unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been submitted.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. For deliveries within Melbourne, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch. For other major Australian cities and regions, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Please note that during peak sales periods, delivery times may be longer.
